4th July, HAPPY BIRTHDAY.
And every year on my birthday
I am reminded of how blessed I am to have those who cherish me
or to take another breath, to survive another year
and another chance to see all that is out there, just waiting for me.
When I look back at the past through year
and I think about how hard it's been
and the times I thought I wouldn't make it and I laugh,
because here's the thing I DID, I fucking made it.
I know no matter how hard it is
I'm so gonna get through it.
I will light the candles on more cakes, one after another.
